Very professional. The repairman arived when he said he would, and after diagnosing the problem and letting me know what was wrong he made a quick repair. I have been using this company for a few year now after they installed my new furnace. Had them clean my furnace ducts 7/19 cost $750. My house is dustier now then before. I have made several calls, they will get back with me. Still one month later no call back! Nice way to run a business!

Couldn't get pilot light lite. Called A & A Thursday afternoon, and although they had a full day's scheduled for Friday, repair man Cody Allen managed to work me into his busy schedule at around noon Friday to repair thermocoupling and replace leaky gas valve. Great service, decent pricing, and just plain great company and people to work with. They also do my air conditioning maintenance every spring at a great price. I highly recommend them.
