We used this company 3 times over the course of a 6 month home renovation. Their plumbers are professional and generally do a good job but every time the bill showed up, 2-3 hours of labor were added on that were never performed. We noted the clock every time they showed up and departed and rounded every hour up and STILL the bill was always inflated by 2-3 hours. We stopped using their service because of this dishonesty and disrespect. Services: Shower installation, Plumbing pipe repair, Faucet installation
Parked right in front of my driveway without notifying us!!! I had to drive into the neighbor's yard and up into ours so I could get back to work! If this was necessary, you should notify the house you are parking in front of so we can move the vehicles!
Attempted to repair water softener by replacing metering device. $441 repair. Water softener did not work following service call. Came back. Replacement metering device not working. Got it working and charged me an additional $218. Complained. Settled for $109. I will be looking for a different plumber the next time I need one.
