I had a pipe leak in my ceiling. Wasn’t completely fixed the first time and they never came back to make sure the problem was fixed. I paid over a thousand dollars to get the room dried out and patched back up since the man said it was fixed and now it’s leaking through the ceiling all over again. When I called they pretty much said they can’t do anything about it. Now I have to pay all over again somewhere else because of their negligence. Make sure to do your research on policies and read reviews before you choose a company to fix something so expensive. & if they say something back to this comment don’t listen to them they are wrong in so many ways I could write a long list of things they did to handle this improperly. Tyler did a wonderful job unclogging my kitchen drain! Professional, and I appreciate he explains what caused the clog, and what he was doing. Particularly happy with him speaking loud and clear! Others like me who have English as only their second language must also feel it helpful! Tyler also generously took a look at one of my bath faucets that has problem, and gave effective advice based on his expertise out of working in the area for16 years. It's not easy to find a good plumber. I thought about another company that has highest google rating, but was afraid of possible overcharge as some customers complained. I am now glad I chose Dries and found a good company right in the neighborhood! The office person answered my questions patiently, and clearly stating how much their service fee is, and plus how much each repair, so I was prepared for the cost.
