Shannon refuses to honor any roof warranty, told me their work was only for one year anyway (tho the customer was told 15 years). Zero warranty for wind or hail. The website says they are licensed but the license # listed is actually for Do It All Construction out of Taylorville and as of 2/10/22, it is expired. The photo shows how they repair roof leaks. (Didn't work.) Shannon has said, go ahead and sue-he's been sued lots of times.
They remodeled my bathroom and it is so beautiful..The job was done in a timely manner. I will use them for other work I may need. Deborah Chamberlain
I used Capital City Home Improvement to replace my 29 year old roof. From beginning to end I have nothing but praise for Chris and his crew. Chris is always on time, actually early, and is a stickler for detail. I highly recommend this company and especially Chris.
