American Modern Renovations arrived exactly on-time for the appointment to inspect the exterior of my home in addition to inspecting the roof of my home which is not an easy task due to the extreme angle and size of the roof. After a hail occurrence we wanted to gain a perspective to see if a claim was needed. After a thorough inspection it was determined that there was no damage to the home and that there was no need to file an active claim with my insurance carrier. Okay, "why this is important" is, hail claims are a difficult issue. Many consumers have used claims to renew an aging roof, a practice I personally disagree with as the practice raises rates and costs for the insured. It is my opinion that contractors and insurance companies passively encourage this practice. To find a contractor that is completely honest about the situation is a refreshing and trust building experience. Completed the whole job in a day. Cleanup was very thorough. They put down tarps around my whole house before starts and went around with magnets and leaf blowers multiple times when completed.
