I wrote a bad review for this service in the past. I asked them to install a new window in my son's room. I was so disappointed in the work and mess left behind. After talking with Kyle and Jay, they said the young man left their employment and they wanted to make things right. I was very pleased that they worked with me and sent a handyman who knew what he was doing. The window was redone to better than I expected. I am so pleased with Kyle and his workers that I have more work to be done. Sometimes, things happen, but they made it up with great customer service. Thanks guys! Looking forward to getting my projects finished.

Handyman Connection of Rockford painted the wooden trim on my 3-story-tall Victorian house. I was very happy with the result. They scrapped, patched, sanded, and made repairs as needed. Their painter, Austin, has to be one of the hardest working men I’ve ever seen. I definitely plan on using them again for future jobs. Services: Painting, Exterior painting, General repairs
