The gentleman that came to look at my chimney were so considerate. They worked quickly and neatly. They explained my fireplace (my first one) and even brought a little Christmas spirit for my 8 year old son. I don't want to spoil it, but it was unforgettable. Thank you so much for help with the fireplace and for rekindling my son's belief.

Whenever I've had my fireplace serviced, it has always felt like a family member visiting. The professionalism and kindness is very impressive. This last time they came out, I only needed my pilot lit. They did it for me and ever so patiently showed me how to do it myself if it ever goes out again, and they didn't even charge me for the visit. This family business is not just in it to make a lot of money. Like most commercial businesses. The homey, small town feel will charm you. I highly recommend them!
