Homestead Chimney Doctor

Cody and Dylan from Homestead Chimney Doctor were so amazing during our chimney check. Not only are they knowledgeable, kind, and professional, but they know how to connect with their customers. Our daughter was home with us during the inspection, and when they came down from checking the chimney, they found a piece of Santa's suit to give her. When I tell you that they made her day and got her hyped-up for Christmas, I'm not kidding. This kid hasn't stopped talking about it since they left. We are now wrapping up this piece of Santa's suit to leave out with his milk and cookies so Mrs. Klaus can sew it back on for him. They were fast, efficient and answered every question we had. They even asked if they could give our dog a bone before they left. Cody and Dylan made super fans out of us today. 10/10 would recommend and use again. The gentleman that came to look at my chimney were so considerate. They worked quickly and neatly. They explained my fireplace (my first one) and even brought a little Christmas spirit for my 8 year old son. I don't want to spoil it, but it was unforgettable. Thank you so much for help with the fireplace and for rekindling my son's belief.

This is not my 1st time using the guys to service my chimney.They were out in no time to help me with the numerous issues i had with my chimney.
