Custom Construction Systems

I am the president of a restoration committee for a small rural church in Dixon, IL. We had Jim come and give us a qoute and excepted it. He hounded me for initial down payement until he got it then didn't hear from him until I finally called and threatened to find someone else then they came. The second the job was close to being done started blowing up my phone for payemnt rediculous amount of calls I feel considering the amount of time I spent just trying to get them there to do roof. Maybe they need to work on customer expierience and people skills. Service: Roof installation

We selected Custom Construction to put a steel roof on our Gazebo. We had cedar shake shingles and decided to go with steel for the lower maintenance and longevity. I was not 100% sure how it would look compared to the original cedar shingles. We selected the Decra Shake XD. It looks great. The crew was awesome and very responsive to our questions and specific requests. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend Custom Construction.
