I called to have our dishwasher repaired. They were able to get to us within a couple of days. The service tech, Eric, was running late, and he called to let me know. Sam is my hero! He stepped in after I was being ignored by another repairman. After waiting over 6 weeks for his repair (who has been in business over 50 years) he just would not call me back. Although this first repairman did a great job on my dryer, he did not keep his word or inform me of the hold up after ordering my drain pump. I literally had to phone stalk him and his response was one cryptic text. Considering the week before he said he had not forgotten me apparently he did like the first two weeks I waited for him. I spent two days looking for a new pump, but was never told the one he ordered, after 2 weeks and 4 days, was back ordered. So with my dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen floor all this time, I searched out for Sam who can highly recommended when I asked around searching for help.
