K&H has been great from the very start. We have been replacing our windows, a few each year., never pushed us to do all at once. Nice people to work with. Highly recommend.

Overall, the sales rep was very nice. The work was kind of slow, took several days to get the dumpster removed, and we still have the boards left for us to deal with. Part of the roof had a bad leak and needed to be tarped. The boards replaced. The boards were not replaced, and we can see mold on the inside from where the ceiling had to be opened up and cleaned out by another company. This has become a finger pointing thing of who's fault this is instead of making it right. No, I would not recommend this company, and would highly suggest you try a competitor. The team from K&H did an amazing job on my windows!! Jeremy was so kind and helped ease my mind on the choice of windows that would work best for replacement.. Jay and the crew that installed the windows were very respectful of my home and always were going above and beyond to put things back and fix any underlying issues..
