I had an emergency where a pipe needed to be repaired and they took great care of me. From diagnosing the problem, sharing knowledge, setting expectations, to demonstrating exceptional care when performing the work. They worked meticulously to not cause further damage to my property and they cleaned up like they were never there. Before hiring MAS, I gathered quotes from Four Seasons and a General Contractor who both quoted a shocking amount. MAS was honest about the work and provided a more reasonable quote. I felt like I could trust them and I'm satisfied I did. I'll be using them again for all my plumbing needs. It's also important to note that MAS is a busy, smaller company so be patient -- follow-up communication may be a bit delayed but know that they won't forget about you, they just need more time to help everyone.

I had a hose bib crack due to a faulty install by another plumber. MAS realized the issue, installed the correct size fittings, tested a couple of options. It was great to see the plumber had several options on hand. The final install was perfect and took the stress off of any future failures.
