We have an aging house with bad plumbing so it seems that B & A must think of this as their second home! Each and every time they are here, they are on time, dependable, honest at a fair price, and do a great job explaining what they did and why. However, what we appreciate most is their integrity. They stand behind their work and really go the extra mile to make sure any issues we have are resolved. They have been a great resource for us and we recommend them to all our neighbors and friends. I just want to give kudos to Helga, Gary and Jimmy from B&A Plumbing. We had an emergency situation on Tuesday, and they were booked up solid. But they worked it out that they would be able to get out to us in the afternoon, and were very timely, totally professional, found the issue right away and took care of it. When they handed me the bill, I was shocked! It was so low compared to other recent work we had done by another plumber, that was not anywhere near as involved as this job. We were stood up by 4 Plumber’s, finally found this one, super responsive, helpful on the phone, worked with me to make the soonest appointment. When they arrived they were so polite and professional, found the issue right away and took care of everything within 1.5 hours.
