Direct Mechanical has been a wonderful company to work with. As a regional manager for many Orangetheory Fitness studios in the Chicago area, Direct Mechanical has been prompt and trustworthy when it comes to assisting our studios at all times of day and in all weather conditions. Mike Riley has been our direct contact and a superb resource!

Direct Mechanical was very responsive to our request for help on a bitterly cold day and resolved our issue within a couple hours. We have an HVAC system in our commercial building that piggy backs on the heat generated by the building boiler. On this particularly cold day, the boiler malfunctioned and we were all wearing scarves and gloves, which is hard when you're trying to type on keyboards. Mike sent Chris out to our aid and within an hour or two, we could see the mercury going up. They made some suggestions for movement of sensors and checked the flow units and we've been nice and toasty.

Our company has been using direct mechanical for all its HVAC needs for a little over 6 months As a restaurant we require prompt and efficient service, DM has yet to disappoint. Always there if we need them, offer phone support, and sometimes arrive within hours of requesting service. I would recommend to others in need of reliable HVAC technicians.
