Follow-up on a few issues after installation were addressed to my satisfaction. All of the technicians from the initial installation to ongoing repair issues and service have done a great job. I used the prepaid service for annual maintenance that saved me some money. Technician called ahead. Arrived on time. He was respectful, professional and explained anything I needed to know. We used Ray's for furnace installation. They gave us the best combination of service value and quality of product offered. We met with 2 other contractors, but no one could come close to their offer. Ray's is the only authorized Carrier dealer in our area and this also influenced our decision. Their technicians were polite, professional, and efficient. The installation was completed in a timely manner with no inconvenience to us. We are signing up for their platinum service agreement and plan to use them for all of our future HVAC needs.
