I have used Ray’s HVAC exclusively on the new system. I have been pleased with everything. The craftmanship on the initial installation was excellent. Follow-up on a few issues after installation were addressed to my satisfaction. All of the technicians from the initial installation to ongoing repair issues and service have done a great job. You have a strong and knowledgeable team. You and your organization have listened to my concerns and have all been part in keeping my system running well. I used the prepaid service for annual maintenance that saved me some money. Technician called ahead. Arrived on time. He was respectful, professional and explained anything I needed to know. Ray's is a top-notch HVAC business. I have used them for over 15 years and have had nothing but excellent service and repair from everyone who works for Ray's. Everyone there are total professionals, from the President William Harty, who came out to my home and professionally offered me options for my A/C replacement project, to the administrative staff, to the expert technicians who came to my home last week, who showed me and my home total respect, and installed a new A/C system in my home, which works perfectly!
