We had an issue with our water heater and Service One came out quick to check out the matter. He communicated effectively, was on-time, and very informative about the issue. He answered all my questions! Will definitely utilize them again! ????

Technician arrive at the very beginning of the 2-hour appointment window. Tech was very knowledgeable about the A/C. Offered suggestions with pricing before performing the work. Tech worked quickly without compromising quality. I was so pleased with the pricing that I had him also install a new thermostat. Service was outstanding. I also love that Service 1 honors coupons, for those of us who are currently hurting in the wallet. Definitely call Service 1. I will be calling them again for some plumbing work.

My experience was without a doubt flawless and superb! Awesome. My AC quit, I called and was answered right away by tech who was just finishing up a job. He was able to stop by 45 minutes later (late evening)! Sure as heck, Brandon came out gave me a very honest assessment and by my request, a detailed estimate of what I needed done. Personal and professional! Despite the tragic fire that they incurred recently, day before, they had me scheduled right away for next morning to replace both furnace and air conditioner! Super prompt and the install team, Aaron and Cesar were just very meticulous,efficient and quality minded, very impressed by their pride in what they do. I totally recommend!! What an awesome team! Just adding that the price and quality of product is very fair and better than most competitors.
