Brandon came out the first day to assess the situation regarding my AC. He was professional and did a great job explaining what was wrong with my AC unit and told me the options. He even took the time to trim bushes for the install. The next day Morales came to install the AC unit. He was great. A hard working and polite young man. Unfortunately, he had to trim the bushes more to install the AC unit. Did the extra work without any complaints and acted like it was part of the job. A true professional and the AC is working great! Morales was definitely the right man for the job! He was very pleasant and is an experienced professional. He takes the time to test everything and has all the tools to do it. He is thorough and rechecks everything he does! He answered all of my questions before, during and after he reinstalled my A/C unit. Thanks again!
