Tim Sargent Heating & Cooling

Tim was very helpful & answered every time my husband or I called. He was out of town and quickly contacted his son Randy who met with us on a Sunday so we could see if they had the part we needed. Very appreciative of these guys & would recommend them to all of my family & friends!

Definitely not a 24/hr service, I called twice with an urgent need of repair and got no answer so I sucked it up and waited for morning. Called again 1st thing in the morning and was told he would have someone out by noon. Never called me back, never showed up, never even called the next day. I wouldn't waste your time calling this derelict service if you need help.

I called Sargent because my unit was making a loud noise. When they finally arrived, I was told first the fan motor wasn’t working and then the compressor is not working. They took my parts with them. I called for them to bring them back. I was told $400 for fan motor, and $3000 for compressor, and a new install would be $7500. My second opinion was that the fan motor was not working. He installed, and my unit is working fine. This is not my first time using Sargent but my last. I should have learned from my first service experience. I didn’t realize they were the same people until they showed up. My advice to everyone is, if using Sargent for your unit, please get a second opinion.
