Sometimes you need more than five stars. That is the case with Ed and, his son Jeremy's, business. Professional, caring, fair, clean and most importantly, they know what they're doing. After my 25 year old water heater went kaput, I gave Convenient a call. I spoke with Ed and by lunchtime the next day, I had a splashy, new water heater! Great Prompt service from Ed and his Son. They installed a Water Softener for me. They did a Great job. I called them the day before Thanksgiving because my water pressure was low. Ed told me what to do over the phone to get the water pressure going and, also told me what I needed to replace for no charge. They are honest and fair, I went with them for my water softener.
