I called HD because we recently had a leak start in our current water heater. Not only was the company out within 24hrs to assess the situation but also in no way pressured us to replace our current unit, rather, they made us feel comfortable by letting us know we had “some time” to decide what we wanted to do. I actually received a call from one of the owners the following day to go over all our options. He was very honest in what direction to go with all the different options. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with them or their installers who were also amazing, polite and beyond professional not to mention how clean they installed the new water heater. This company was recommended by my boss who had used HD for all the plumbing work in his new home. So when we decided to install a RO system, I gave them a call. The installation included a faucet at the kitchen sink as well as a line for the fridge. They arrived on time, finished quickly, left the work area spotless and made a follow-up call to verify satisfaction with the product and service. Very pleased with both!!
