We purchased a home in the middle of summer and noticed the second story was much warmer than the main level by over a 10 degree difference. I called Vince and he came out that week, as I had previous engagements. Upon arrival, he was very friendly and made sure he wore booties over his shoes in and out. Vince was very thorough in explaining the entire service to us and also provided us with “tips” to help us lower the temperature upstairs- And they worked! The entire process was about 4 hours. He came back a few days later with a complete breakdown of our A/C unit and the airflow he measured in our home. I was absolutely amazed at his charts and instantly wanted him to continue the service and fix our ducting issue. He came back a few weeks later, due to my schedule, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I called Comfort solutions for a second opinion because ABC company told us that we would need to replace our whole system and there's a leak in the system. Vince from Comfort Solution was able to debunk ABC suggestion. Vince explained the whole process and explained everything he was doing.
