Robert Patterson is the most unprofessional person I have ever conducted business with. He showed up late and then acted like he had a easy job to do to fix an issue from an inspection report. He then removed a bolt and said that was all that needed to be done and proceeded to charge $175. (We had researched and thought this was the issue but wanted a professional opinion). I figured, my fault for not asking how much up front but it’s done and moved on. When we asked for the receipt, he “remembered” a week later that more work needed to be completed at 5x the cost and refused to provide documentation or receipt for the work that was completed. He tried to take advantage of us by withholding information and receipt of payment. I highly recommend you do not use for any work needed at your home unless you want to be price gouged. Editing my review to respond to your outlandish lies. To lie that I would say I was glad the inspector missed flickering lights is atrocious. Once again,
