Service Express Heating and Air Conditioning

My house uses hot water heat. Our boiler is 50+ years old, and not many are willing to work on it. Not only was Service Express willing to do the work, they sent out a technician that afternoon. Hans is considerably younger than the boiler, but had the problem diagnosed in under 10 minutes. A very professional technician and company. Our experience with Service Express has been exceptional. We’ve been assigned Kenny twice now and will do everything we can to request him in the future. He is extremely thorough and does a great job at explaining the repair or maintenance. We previously used American Vintage Home and received varying levels of service. We always had a different technician identifying other issues, utilizing the wrong filters, and then being drastically overquoted. They were extremely expensive for below par service. As a comparison our last issue we were quoted over 800 dollars with American Vintage for the repair. Service express set us up with a next day appt and we were able to get repaired and sign up for the service plan for half the cost. 10 stars if we could. Cedric was fantastic! After being given an truly absurd and astronomical quote by our long time heating/plumbing company to urgently replace a radiator valve, I had to find someone new on short notice. Cedric was recommended by a friend and came out the next day, did the work in less than about an hour and for less than half the price the other place wanted charge. He also offered solid advice on maintenance (both DIY and professional ) and troubleshooting. I could not recommend him more highly. Service: Heating system repair
