We had a very strange power outage where only half the house lost power. Even though it was 10 pm he called us back and came the next morning. I think I'm going to make Frank my new best friend. He reminded me of why customer service is important because that's his main concern. I've already sent his card to two people and if anyone needs a trustworthy electrician who cares about his customers then frank is the guy to call. And it turned out that it was outside the house and it's something that ComEd needs to fix. We almost went with the ad on Google but I chose Frank because he was local and I am so glad I did.

Frank is outstanding! He could not have been more responsive and polite and he truly cares about his work. He helped us figure out a very complicated chandelier installation in our older home. It turned out beautifully! I will absolutely be using Adrian Electrical for any future needs. Highly recommend him!
