The name says it all. This is our family’s preferred plumbing service. Can get us in when it’s an emergency, upfront on costs and make suggestions without being pushy.
Woke up to a catastrophe, going to sleep with peace and kitchen drains that works!!! Called Preferred Plumbing today about an issue I woke up to this morning! They came out this evening and repaired my problem! Miguel was so nice and empathetic. Plumbing issues can be grimy and nasty, but he made me feel like there was nothing to be embarrassed about. Not only that but Miguel went above and beyond to make sure everything worked and was clean when he left. He put everything back how he found it and even looked at my facuet which has a minor washer or tightening problem. Not sure how much my services should have costed, but I don't think I overpaid! So prices were also reasonable. I highly recommend!!
They were fine. They showed up on time, got the job done and cleaned up when they were done.
