While, the follow-up technician acknowledged it was not installed as he had suggested, he assured me there should be no problem if I regularly maintain the system each season, which is an industry-wide recommendation. Chris carefully walked me through the operation of the new highly technical thermostat and encouraged me to call if I have any follow-up questions. I will use this company again. We have used Pure Climate Heating & Cooling for several jobs over the years, including AC cleaning/maintenance, a minor gas leak, and more recently diagnosing and replacing our AC evaporator. Our AC works perfectly now. A few days ago I noticed a another slight gas smell coming from our utility room. We called another contact who was able to be there that day, but they could not detect the leak. I still smelled it and messaged Jim right away. He scheduled Cody to come out first thing the next morning. Cody came right on time and detected the leak immediately. He knew exactly how to fix it. He replaced the piping and repaired the problem!
