While, the follow-up technician acknowledged it was not installed as he had suggested, he assured me there should be no problem if I regularly maintain the system each season, which is an industry-wide recommendation. Chris carefully walked me through the operation of the new highly technical thermostat and encouraged me to call if I have any follow-up questions. I will use this company again.
