Berwyn Western Plumbing and Heating Company

Just wanted to give a very much deserving thank you to Mike and everyone at Berwyn Western. My wife and I were referred to Berwyn Western by a few friends and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Their plumber Mike was a true professional. He was on time, polite, and he was able to quickly pull and reset our leaking toilet. He also took the time to explain to myself how things like this can happen and ways to avoid future leaks in the plumbing of our house. Thank you again to both Mike and Bewryn Western, we will 100% refer anyone and everyone to Berwyn Western for all of their plumbing and heating needs!!

I would give more than 5 ⭐️ . Our heat went out during the super bowl. Of course we started to panic as cold air started flowing in through the vents. We googled companies closer to us in oak park and left message hoping to make an appointment for Monday morning. Berwyn-Western was the company that installed our furnace and the number was on the magnet in our basement so we called them last and left a voicemail. They were the ONLY company to call us back. They made sure to get to us first thing bc our house was at 40F. Mary is a throw back to customer service that no one expects anymore. Dave checked out the furnace and hurried to get the motor we needed. Our heat was restored by late afternoon. Today opening my mail we received a handwritten note from Mary with our recipets. They’re the best!

A/c was on the fritz, so I called and they showed up as fast as they can, replaced whatever the thing a mig gig was called. up and running in less than 2 hours. Great team. Thanks!!
