Stadtler Heating & Cooling

I have been using Stadtler heating and air for over 12 years now. They have installed three different heating and air-conditioning units for us always with incredible service, professionalism and courtesy. They have always done a great job and left a work site clean after they’re done. Very dependable and I will use no one else for my heating and air-conditioning needs. We had a boiler/radiator problem and called Stadtler as they have serviced our 100 year-old house since the 1970's. It was later on a Friday, thought we would have to wait....but their service is fantastic! The dispatcher got us someone within an hour. I called in with the simple question of what smart thermostats they had and could install for my radiant heat. I had all the info they would have needed to know. The representative refused to help me or even have anyone call me back to answer my questions. I was told the only way they would answer pre sales questions was if I paid for a service call and had someone come out. So much for the helpful customer service here anymore. Maybe they are too big to care anymore..
