I had a furnace issue this week and Paul was the absolute best tech - he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and went above and beyond by offering to clean my AC unit at no additional charge. We’ve used Dave at Hearthstone Heating and Air Conditioning for over ten years and he’s consistently been responsive, on time, professional, and done quality work in our home. We wouldn’t use anyone else for our heating and cooling needs. Hearthstone also has a top-notch plumbing staff that does very high-quality work and understands even the most complex job. We have used Hearthstone for the last 20 years. Initially, they helped us support an older AC and furnace system that was poorly designed and problematic. Regretfully, we tried to limp along with that system way too long. 10 years ago, we had them install a new Carrier system and they recommended several changes to the system including changing some of the ducts. The results were incredible. The system was a huge improvement to the comfort of the home. We could not be happier until the other day. During a routine service call they identified that the electronic air cleaner was not working correctly and Dave went above and beyond to fix it. These guys are the best.
