We have used Hearthstone for the last 20 years. Initially, they helped us support an older AC and furnace system that was poorly designed and problematic. Regretfully, we tried to limp along with that system way too long. 10 years ago, we had them install a new Carrier system and they recommended several changes to the system including changing some of the ducts. The results were incredible. The system was a huge improvement to the comfort of the home. We could not be happier until the other day. During a routine service call they identified that the electronic air cleaner was not working correctly and Dave went above and beyond to fix it. These guys are the best.
