A very bad experience. I would recommend prospective clients to proceed with extreme caution. While our project was completed within budget and on time, we realized afterwards that many shortcuts were taken and the quality was quite shoddy. Since Harold's team completed our job in March, we have had the following problems: 1. Kitchen faucet completely broke down since the counter tops were cut incorrectly. 2. Bathroom ventilation needs to be completely redone as mold and dangerous residue are emerging due to poor design. 3. Gaps in tiles from shortcuts that the contractors took. We now have water leakage and damage. 4. Paint and caulking residue on the tub and shower. 5. Doors were installed incorrectly creating trip hazards. Please see pictures below for evidence. We are initiating formal complaints with several agencies. There are a ton of options in Bloomington. Save yourself the trouble and work with a different contractor.

Good people

We hired CNC to do our main floor remodel. They took out walls, vaulted ceilings, updated flooring and gave us a brand new kitchen. They also built a mudroom and tied it into our roof line. They were extremely responsive. Harold and I talked almost daily. The crew was a pleasure to be around and showed up every day before 8am. They worked hard! I highly recommend them!
