Awesome service, again. Our AC stopped working last night. We called this morning to schedule a repair snd by mid afternoon Commercial Service had the air going again. Looking forward to a cool night. Thanks to the wonderful and talented tech. Service: A/C system repair
I use their maintenance plan for HVAC and I had them come out today for the spring inspection, which was prompted by some condensation management issues last night. Typically I request the same technician (Charlie) but ended up scheduling the first available opening today (Sean/Shawn). I called at around 9 this morning and they fit me in same day, scheduling me for 2-4 and showing up promptly at 2. Sean/Shawn did a thorough inspection and clearly knew his stuff front to back. He was able to address my acute problems and provided insight on what problems to look out for. I’ve worked with multiple folks from Commercial Services over the past 6-7 years and they have all been smart, genuine, and honest. We've used Commercial Service a few times now for plumbing issues including a busted pipe and a water filtration system check-up. They are always on time, extremely professional and able to fix things quickly and efficiently.
