Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Very happy with all aspects of my experience with Roto-Rooter. Regina was pleasant and helpful on the phone. My service tech Nick was prompt, explained the issues and was done in no time! Absolutely would use this company again.

Our basement started flooding on Saturday. David came out exactly when he said he’d be there, and did an excellent job explaining and estimating costs. He said we’d have to be w/o hot water until Mon. when they could come out again and replace our unit. After he left, there was a lot more flooding due to an unrelated cause. Before we could call him back, he called and said something didn’t sit right with him so he and his associate came back to our house and stayed until almost 11 pm installing and cleaning up. We’ve owned many houses and have worked with good plumbers, but this was above and beyond. I can’t thank David and James, his assoc. enough!!! Our heros! This Bloomington company is absolutely wonderful!!! We needed help with a flooded main floor bathroom and laundry room and called Roto-Rooter. Nick (Brodie) arrived and when he realized the problem in detail, Nate, James and John Fender arrived, located where the pipe was (since the change from septic to sewer line was accomplished prior to our buying our home 40 yrs ago, and the pipe was not installed in the typical location); did a "clean-out" and unplugged this area. Through this time, a storm came, dumped hail and tons of water on this great 4- man crew; however, they continued working until the job was done! My wife and I were and are so very impressed by their knowledge of all aspects of their jobs as well as their work ethic!
