They installed our AC and furnace in our brand new home 3 years ago. Every extreme season (summer/winter), starting the first winter in our home since the installation the furnace and/or AC has broke. When I have called them out, they rarely have been able to come so I have to have other companies come. When they come they charge for repairs on their BRAND NEW units they installed. Would not recommend. Did you sell us equipment that is faulty or did you just do a poor job installing? Will be reporting to the BBB. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC
