I have used these guys several times and they have always been extremely helpful. They come promptly, provide excellent service, and at a fair price. It is hard to find someone else with their level of knowledge and customer service.
This guy quoted my 87 year old dad over $900 to replace a draft inducer fan. I found the part at WinSupply in Westfield (excellent customer service from Nicholas at the parts counter) for $315. After 20 minutes of work, his furnace was up and running like new. Would not recommend this guy to anyone for any reason. If I could rate him in negative stars, I would.
Jimmy at American Comfort replaced our entire heating system last year—2 new heat pumps. The service was excellent. He is knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. The savings I’ve realized this heating season exceeded my expectations. In addition, our home has never been more consistently comfortable. Jimmy is the best in the business with 30+ years of experience. I highly recommend him!
