Earl was prompt, called me before arriving and had shoe covers in-hand when he arrived. He listened to what I said and did his thing. He explained the problem, the solution, what it would cost, etc. He verified the performance of the system after his repair. He explained the service contract information, and provided a pre-filled form for my convenience. He tidied up and even gave me a recommendation on furnace filters. Earl was great. Friendly and professional. I can't speak to the "good value" tag. The control board was $800. Steep, but that's what it is.

Chapman is very helpful and prompt. The only thing that I feel was an issue was that they stayed till 10:30 at night one night. And even after they fixed all the plumbing in the bathrooms, they wanted to charge us another $1000.00 to fix the leak in the kitchen. We can not afford that after the bathroom expense. So, I guess we will stick to the bucket under the sink.

They installed 6 roof top units on my strip mall and did a wonderful job. We really didn’t go without cooling for barely a morning and it was mostly done in a day. And a year later everything is working great and they’ve kept them serviced. All at a competitive bid. Great job!
