I called in May to get an estimate and have lights installed in my home. I was told someone would call me in 2 days. I never received a call. I called back a week later and an appointment was set for June 1 at 10am. No show and no call. When I called them again they waited me to wait until the afternoon, so another day wasted. I canceled because two weeks of my time was wasted when I could have someone who kept their word. Poor business

I scheduled an appointment about 6 weeks in advance for them to come to my house & add some outlets. They said they would come first thing in the morning. I call promptly at 8 a.m to get an estimated time. Woman was completely confused and had to call me back. Never called back. I called a couple hours later & was told she’d be there in the afternoon. By 2pm still no show so I called back and person apologized & said she’d be late & could still come at 5pm & stay till 7pm. They overbooked. I was patient & understanding and just rescheduled for the following week when it would be better for everyone. So today, they said they’d be here in the morning. No show. I called the office again & the woman who answered said she must’ve dropped the ball and didn’t put me on the schedule.

I am in need of an electrician in an emergency and the woman answered the phone saying “Hello?” After I asked if this was J Spear Electric, she said “Yes. Can I help you?” Very unprofessional sounding at first encounter. Will not recommend this company as if their work is anything like their customer service, I would be concerned their work is poor quality.
