Tim serviced my AC today and another great visit as part of the maintenance plan I have with Becht/Givens. I have been on this plan for 4 - 5 years and I have always been extremely pleased with the professionals that have serviced my HVAC. Highly recommend them and Tim. Kyle Sherrod was here on time, was courteous, professional and explained his process to install a water heater and toilet. He answered my questions thoroughly and clearly knows the industry very well. He made sure to check his work and cleaned up all debris, water etc. I am grateful to have found a top notch plumber and I highly recommend!
