Air Duct Indiana

Showed ahead of schedule. Quoted me for $250 on FB messenger. Later found out this was a fake account. When I received a phone call it sounded like a telemarketer was calling me. The technicians travel from state to state and use their own equipment. Before the technician started he showed me an invoice of $600. $250 for vent cleaning, $200 sanitation, & $150 for dryer hose/vent cleaning. The guy brought it done a lot and I decided to go through with the job. There was so much dust. We were running around opening windows and doors. My entire house needs to be cleaned now, from top to bottom. Floors, furniture, walls, counters, and everything else. I put my animals outside in the patio because it was bad. I am washing clothes and blowing out my my electronics. Thought the service would be 2-3 hrs. The guy was here less than 90 mins. I got scammed. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

They out and out lied about the cost, they would do everything top to bottom and there would be no hidden charges. And tax and everything was included in the initial bid. We needed to pay tax and we did not have upper returns done, They wanted hundreds of dollars on top of what they told me. I don’t like being lied to. Hands down !! Outstanding customer service Nissan and his team came to my business to clean our ducts … they were in horrible condition (bunch of dirt and dust) they came on time , and took care of our problem in timely manner…. Best company for ducts in Fort Wayne , highly recommend!!!
