Could not be more pleased with my second interaction with Rolf Griffin. Andrew the technician was here the first time in the big heat and repaired everything in a short period of time. Andrew is very professional and efficient and took some extra time to assure the unit looked as new. Scheduled a service of the AC equipment and the staff at Rolf Griffin made sure that Andrew would be the technician for the service call. It is rare today to find real CUSTOMER SERVICE at every level of interaction needed through a company to meet a customers needs and be treated with dignity and respect in all interactions. The service technician, Andrew, was very thorough with his inspection and service of our 13 year old central air conditioner. He took the time to show me where the system was showing signs of wear, and explaining what he would recommend to maintain the unit and maximize its remaining term. The sales consultant, Shaun, was very helpful in explaining the service options, maintenance contracts, and eventual replacement options. Both Andrew and Shaun were professional and pleasant to work with.

Andrew A. is a great technician! He explained everything clearly and taught a few things about my house I did not know but am glad I know now. I even joined the membership program. All of the high ratings for RG are more than justified.
