BABIES LEFT WITH OUT A BATHROOM: Sadly this guy just was not professional in any way. When we spoke on the 7th of this month he advised me of some bad business with maintenance companies but after a short discussion and my ability to pay by credit card he agreed to take care of my emergency for a preschool day care ASAP. over a week later I had not heard from him for payment or updates and emailed him (no response) I called to ask about the job and he stated he never got my email but if I sent it I would get service after he received it. I also made sure to text the address as he stated he did not receive this either. He then asked a question via my Work order system did not bother to call and asked if i wanted this today. ( it was an emergency over 1 week ago) he also advised me that no work would be done terms.
