Prompt, efficient, & fair priced installation of new sump pump and corrected botched job of backup sump pump(check valves not in proper place & not securely mounted with initial install). Responded quickly to initial call, arrived on-time, courteous and patient to all questions and concerns. Even placed follow-up call next day after downpour to make sure everything worked properly before we could commend him with it's success! OMG! These Guys are awesome. I love Rick & his son. I called them a few years back and was so pleased at the price and work, that I continue to call them up.
