We had been researching area window service providers for our summer place. Castle Centurion was our number one interest due to the exceptional ratings on Google. We had the opportunity to further discuss our custom window needs with their customer-friendly representative at the Fort Wayne Home & Garden show. At the show, we signed up for a representative to come out and provide an estimate for our project. Aaron was very professional and provided a thorough explanation about Castle Centurion's windows and the company attributes that make them superior in comparison to their competitors. We were advised it would be 8-12 weeks until install, and they were installed week 8. Joe and his installation crew did a fantastic job! They were very professional, and kept the job site so clean you would not have known they were there (other than admiring their finished work product). We went from having only 2 semi-functional windows to having all 17 windows fully functional and easy to use

We chose Castle Centurian to replace all the windows in our house. In the almost 20 years we have lived here, we have had multiple things done to our home and this was by far, the BEST company we have worked with. From the salesman (Ryan) to the gentleman (Mike) who took measurements, they worked quickly to get our window order placed. We were promised installation would take place in 10-12 weeks - in exactly 8 - the windows were in our home. The installation crew (BJ, Dan and Jake) couldn’t have been more perfect. I did a lot of shopping around for windows before choosing Castle; found them to have the best value for the quality I was looking for. Installation was just completed and I am thrilled! 24 windows done in 2- 6 hour days; quality of the windows AND installation are top notch. Incredibly professional installation crew (heck, Dean even changed the cat’s water!). Aaron, the window specialist, was always available for questions (and I can have a lot, lol) and even dropped off color samples at my work when I was questioning the color I had chosen.
