I've been using Sheets for the last three years when I was less than impressed with Summers. They've been incredibly responsive and professional. We have their yearly maintenance agreement and it's a great value and we know if anything goes wrong they will get me taken care of. Wanted to thank the nice folks at Sheets Central Air for another great spring inspection of my house ac system - Tyler was professional and knowledgeable. Also, wanted to thank the nice office folks, Paig, Anita and Jamie. Wanted to add a follow up - the weather was unseasonable chilly last Friday, so Tyler came back today to check the level of the R22 refrigerant – and did add additional R22 – But for me, it impressive to see a company and employee care about their customers as Sheets Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing. Great to do business with a locally owned company with great employees like Tyler.

Great Service all the way around. Initial consultation with a knowledgeable and courteous rep which convinced me to have the installation done by them.
