The two technicians that were out today, Tim and his trainee, to do our maintenance program were above and beyond courteous, professional and highly skilled. They let us know every step of the way where they were in the process from the time they were traveling to our house to what exactly they were doing while here. They took the time after the job was done to explain several things and answer the many questions that we had. We really appreciate their patience with us. Did a great job explaining what he did and why, and what to expect down the road. Everything was in excellent shape after 5+ years … a testament to the original installers. Felt SO bad when they got their service truck off into our culvert… I normally have markers up and it’s so easy to miss. Fortunately a neighbor brought his tractor and pulled it right out.
