I have used Key Exteriors before with a new roof & windows and have been very happy with the work! This time I wanted a quote for siding. Rich came by and not only helped me find the perfect color, but also really worked with my budget to make it affordable for me. He was not pushy at all and very well educated on the products. I strongly recommend him if you need help designing your house.

This 5 Star review is more for Rich our salesman and Dan and his installation crew. We started our window process with Rich back in May of 2022. We were told that someone would reach out within the week to schedule the initial measurement of our windows. This was our first delay. No one contacted us for two weeks. I contacted the main office and no one reached back out to schedule. I contacted Rich, then the same day we had a date scheduled for someone to come out to measure for our windows to get the process started. Our windows finally came in on November 14. We were told that someone would be in contact with us shortly to install our windows! 4 weeks past and we did not hear anything from Key Exteriors. I emailed the office to see when we would be contacted. I was told someone would be in contact with us shortly. We did not receive any further communication until I got Rich back involved on December 27th. That is 6 weeks after our windows had been in at Key Exteriors. Bill the owner

Great job with the initial appointment. Rich is a straight shooter. He listened to our needs. He initially came out to look at our roof. BUT said we didn't need them. BUT we needed soffit,new gutters and rain guards.Who does that?? Rich at Key Exteriors, that's who. Services: General door repair, Gutter installation
