Every single thing about our experience has been chaotic. Our salesmen was the President of the company, Bill, and I am not at all impressed. He showed up an hour late to give us our quote and then remained at our house for 4 hours. He stepped outside multiple times to take phone calls, and he got very offended when we told him we could not afford the new doors. Should have been red flags, but he ended up lowering the price, so we went with it. I called a few days later to change a door handle, and the lady who answered the phone said Bill would call me back later that day. It took him 2 weeks to contact me. We had an appointment scheduled to do the second measurement and they canceled the appointment without letting us know. When we were finally able to reschedule the appointment, the man who was supposed to measure our door for us showed up, but so did another salesman. Key Exteriors did our house for us, and we could not be more satisfied. They replaced all of our siding, painted our brick, replaced our doors, and replaced our gutters and when I say our house looks like a new build, they really knocked it out the ballpark. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the design we wanted. The thing I liked the most is that we are an on-the-go family and they really worked well with our schedule and made sure they communicated which is a big thing. Our house turned out spectacular and its beautiful. We have gotten a lot of compliments in the neighborhood and also from friends and family. Great job with the initial appointment. Rich is a straight shooter. He listened to our needs. He initially came out to look at our roof. BUT said we didn't need them.
