Go elsewhere - they are too busy to help you. JF Miller installed the AC in my home when it was built 20 yrs ago, They have always performed prompt and professional service when it was needed. So when we decided to replace our system (before it goes out on us) we naturally decided to give them the business. Called them just to get a quote. The lady I spoke to told me Jason would call me back. When he did not, I called him and asked about getting a quote, He flat out told me he would not be able to help me as they were too busy. I told them I was not in a hurry and it didn't matter. They refused to even give a quote or a lead time. This is the first time I have ever had a service business flat out tell me to go away. Had JF Miller come out for routine yearly maintenance. They always have knowledgeable staff and are very courteous and professional. There’s been absolutely nothing negative about any interaction I’ve ever had with them. They were the same company that installed our furnace and air conditioner. Very pleased with their service.
