Ethan was a great Tech. Very informative, down to earth and I felt like I knew him for a long time. I appreciate the time he took to explain everything in detail and give all the options available to resolve the issue, not just a one size fits all resolution. I feel like as a customer, there was more power in my hands as to the next steps, compared to other companies I have associated with in the past. My house was a flip job with weirdly done pipes and Petermans has been a godsend! Their work has always been very professional and have always been very transparent about ways I could save money. They even came out a second time free of charge when the original problem turned out not to be as fixed as we had hoped. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for good and honest work. Tanner did our quote and Derek did our install. Both were absolutely phenomenal! Tanner helped make sure we got the best unit we could and that we understood everything on the quote. Due to a miscommunication Derek ended up being the only one working on the install, but despite being alone he still got our AC and furnace installed and running and had a great and positive attitude the entire time!
