Everyone I have ever worked with from Peterman has been excellent! From HVAC to plumbing, electrical, and estimators, everyone. Lucas, Noah, Ryan and James. My house was a flip job with weirdly done pipes and Petermans has been a godsend! Their work has always been very professional and have always been very transparent about ways I could save money. They even came out a second time free of charge when the original problem turned out not to be as fixed as we had hoped. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for good and honest work. I called Peterman for a second opinion from another plumber who said my water softener needed replacing. Peterman confirmed that the softener was just fine and waited the entire 90 minutes while the cycle completed to verify. While they waited, they checked the rest of my plumbing and found a few things wrong and were very thorough in showing me and being clear with their explanations. They got estimates to me right away. I'm very pleased with the service & wouldn't hesitate to hire them.
