We found ourselves in a pickle when it was 95 degrees and our A/C went out on a Friday night. After a long wait to get a service tech to our house, we found out that we needed a new AC unit. We were quoted anywhere from $10k-$20k from other vendors. Eventually, our friends recommended John at MJM. We talked on the phone and he offered to come out that evening to look over what we had. He talked with me for almost an hour, explaining the differences in systems, what we need, what we don't need, options available and also suggested waiting until after Labor day when more incentives and rebates are available. We just had our new Furnace and AC installed for far less than any other HVAC company could offer. The service/install team was amazing. Super fast, but detailed. They didn't make much of a mess, but cleaned everything up and left everything looking great and most importantly we have a super efficient system for 1/2 the cost of the other guys. I had a thermostat that was wired for a bigger system and Branden hadaway helped me get a new thermostat rated for my system and wire it up that way I can have heat!
