I had an awesome experience. I called the office and Justin had his tech out to my home within an hour and 1/2. The tech Eric was tremendous in explaining what was wrong with my ac unit and what was needed to repair it. The completed repairs and maintenance that was performed was very affordable. Or heat went out overnight between a Saturday and a Sunday. Finding a company to perform a repair on a Sunday is next to impossible. JD Kuhn responded to my call within 10 minutes and was inside within an hour. They had the parts on their truck and replaced the board and the igniter. Three hours after my initial call and our house was at 70 degrees. It was 62 when I called them. Everyone looks for the company that they can trust and refer to others. This is the company.
