Allen Plumbing has done my plumbing repairs for years. This time, my tub spout needed replacing. Allen representative TJ was able to come the same day, even arriving early. Did some work for my dad, had a massive leak and issue with his sump pump. Person ran into yard, made ruts with his vehicle the first time. The second time they left the sump pump just hooked up to an outlet on the inside of the house. It was just left like that with no follow up at all. It is still like that because they only halfway did the job. My dad doesn't complain and just took it. Very unprofessional
