I have to say Carl's Heating and cooling is a class act family owned company. They diagnosed my system quickly and had honest, fair priced solutions. On install day they were prompt efficient and prepared. For any Heating and cooling needs I would call Carls for a fair honest service call, the enitre family is great to work with. Carl Jr. was very thorough in servicing our HVAC system, completing regular maintenance plus fixing a known issue for a very affordable price. He gave detailed answers to all of my questions and was pleasant and professional. Despite our system being older and a bit mismatched, he did not upsell products that were not needed at this time.
