I was on the verge of signing a contract with one of the major generator dealers in town when I thankfully asked a question about their lead time for installation. I was facing a 1 month deadline to get a Honeywell Generator (made by Generac) installed to claim an extended warranty promotion. I put a lot of faith in Scott Smith’s review and gave ERMCO a call.
