I did not hire ERMCO because their employee(s) provided horrible customer service, over-inflated estimates that were significantly higher than their competition, and showed zero contrition for their lack of professionalism. Everyday during the week I drive on 465 and so does van #1. Everyday that van drives very fast, it’s not just 1 day or once in a while they blow past most people on the highway. Today was over the top, in the fast lane there was a truck and the van was so impatient that he chose to cut me off running me into the other lane which caused that lane to slam on the brakes. Your horrible driving almost caused an accident this morning. One thing I promise is if you cause me to get into an accident I will be suing your company. Ermco, you need to hold your people accountable. You after all are liable for their actions.
